New Patients: We recommend a 90-minute initial evaluation and treatment for both our Active Release Techniques (ART) and Integrative Restorative Therapy services. This allows time for a comprehensive assessment, hands-on treatment, and a personalized care plan.
Active Release Techniques (ART) Therapy
Best for: Pain relief, injuries, and improving movement.

Integrative Restorative Neuromuscular Therapy
